Formed in 1978, the CAI are the UK's representative trade association for businesses across the whole spectrum of delivering video, audio and data around the home and commercial properties. Applicants for membership have to undergo an assessment to check they can achieve compliance to the CAI's codes of practice & conduct which are recognised by broadcasters and government as best practice (source cai.org.uk).
The Which? Trusted Trader serivce is designed to help consumers find reputable traders in the home improvement sector. As a Which? Trusted Trader we have gone through a rigorous assessment process. We're only happy when our customer is happy, so we take great care to ensure our customers know exactly what our process of installtion is and all costings involved, so there can be no confusion throughout the entire installation process.
If you haven't heard of Checkatrade, they are a business which runs strict background checks on tradespeople before they can become members. Once they join, members agree to have feedback from their customers put online for all to see. "Having used Kenton before I had no hesitation in asking him to assist with a bigger project. He advised me on what would equipment work best for what I wanted. I had no idea where to start with making decisions on amps, speakers etc. Kenton gave me choices and made recommendations as I was happy for him to source all the kit and at no stage did he force any brand or product. He understood what I wanted, explained to me clearly the costs involved and it was finished on time, immaculately laid out and he was also happy to give me after sales support. Roof aerial fixed, wall bracket installed
"He knew what he was talking about and knew what to look for to fix the problem. My outside aerial was not working due to faulty connections. He went up to my cramped loft space, found the problem and fixed it. He stuck around to retune all my TVs to make sure the reception was to my satisfaction. I was so pleased by his service and courtesy, I asked him back to put up a wall bracket for one TV, which he did promptly and competently. I'd recommend him to anyone in the Tadley area."
